My husband has been complaining of pain - always there like a finger poking hard and sometimes sharp radiating up the shoulder or around ribs. It has been 6 wks. - He has seen a Urologist, Gastroenterologist, Internist, Pulmonologist and Orthopedic - blood tests all normal, CT normal, MRCP normal all chest/rib xrays normal....I need ideas = please help.Thank you!See More

I think I would start with a Pulmonologist - someone to look at your thoracic cavity.

Possibly a cracked rib??? Have you had a CT with Contrast?
