I have terribe upper back pain the last 3 weeks..and my throat feels a little bit tight.. its so annoying, I was told I have pleurisy and an inflammed scapular muscle, but treatment with difene painkillers did nothing for me. Im worried.

Back Pain in Upper Mid Back and chest

I have been experiencing pain in my upper mid back and feeling it in my chest. I have tried seeking Chiropractic Care, went to my primary care doctor, and also seen a Orthopedic Doctor. They have done MRI's and XRay's and have had no success in finding the root of the problem. My last doctor basically told me he could send me somewhere for pain management.
