severe t spine painan
I'm 30 yrs old and have been suffering with pain in my mid upper back for the last 4 yrs. I can pop my back in the injured area by simply turning a certain way. my Dr. took x rays prior to me getting shot in Nov of 2009 and results supposebly stated the every thing is fine, but i suffer with this pain from the time i wake up to the time i go to sleep. the best way to explain the pain is almost a ball of preasure, tight, sharp, and constant. When i pop my back its as if the ball of preasure is released but the pain still exist. i sometimes get a shooting pain that shoots out to the left..3 sq. inches in the center of my back is all that hurts, nothing else...Its really destroying my life..If anyone has, is, or knows anybody suffering from the same pain please respond asap... thank You
