recurring pain

so. hi everyone.. new to the discussion board. i have had a laminectomy, about 4 yrs ago, then a fusion about a yr ago. it has been feeling really good .. (i mean ok some pain but nothihng like before..) but the last 2 days ive noticed no feeling in my heel and my butt cheek is hurting all over again :/ . my fusion is at l5/s1. anyone have nay ideas. should i go see the doctor again
