Pain In the backbone

I have a pain in the middle of my backbone, there are specifically 2 points where I feel stress, two years ago I had a MRI which showed musculer spasm, but recently I have been feeling numbness in the lower back left side I am very much concerned about the numbness, what should I do for it.
