Ever find out what is wrong?
It's the thoracic area, as you know. Ask for help if it continues. I have the same. It can be serious if you have the T4 area effected by a injury to the spinal cord. All I can say, your life style is mine! I have no clue as to how to rectify this. Try decompression if you haven't and whatever can be done. I personally think this is the roughest area to change. Sitting up straight and stretching helps, but tomorrow or the next moment will be the heating pad is your only rescue. If you can unlock the facets, you may get relief!! HA! It's a life long problem. But if you sense more damage, go to the doc. Don't do like I do, not complain. Good luck with this one, I have fought it for seventeen years. Now, the bone is going in the spinal cord. Tes
wow, sounds a lot like me! the bad spot is very sensitive to the touch on the upper/middle spine area? does it feel like that area is in a vice full of needles?
the only thing i can say is get an MRI, hopefully you have insurance because i don't. keep us posted, i might be having the same problem as you, good luck hun and i hope you get
better soon!!
Hello fellow sufferers. I am new to this board, so please excuse my ignorances while learning to navigate properly. I have multiple back issues. The area that causes me the greatest amount of pain-constant, unrelenting pain is in my left thoracic area of my back. I have had 18 depo medrol injections, 2 rhizotomy's and 14 months of prolotherapy over the course of 4 years. I am in more pain now than ever before. I once could somewhat control my pain-now, it controls me. I am only 38 years old with lots of life left to live as the rest of you do. I have been on every med under the sky and tried almost every procedure. The pain has increased to a level that i can almost not tolerate at all anymore. As a former Navy SEAL and ex-bodybuilder, I have endured onsets of pain throughout my life and consider myself a fairly tough person. I have had knee surgeries, shoulder surgeries, neck herniations and lumbar herniations...nothing has ever compared to this pain. Has anyone that has gotten to this level, tried everything that I have mentioned and then got relief offer any suggestions? Good luck to you all and thanks for any suggestions.
