middle back pain while pregnant

I am 22 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child.  I have a 2 year old daughter and work as a veterinary asst.  I have had chronic middle back pain for several years.  When I was 18 an orthopedic surgeon diagnosed me with moderate scoliosis.  It went un-detected when I was a kid.  But anyway during this pregnancy esp. the last month or so I have had almost unbearable burning pain on the right side of my spine and around the front to right under my ribcage.  I think the pain id definetely from my previous back problems although U have had people tell me that it could be gallbladder problems.  According to everything I've read if it was gallbladder issues I would have more symptoms than pain.  Has anyone else dealt with anything similar and what did you do that helped?
