BackZilla for Back Pain

The BackZilla Pain Community Will Help

I have been experiencing pain in my upper mid back and feeling it in my chest. I have tried seeking Chiropractic Care, went to my primary care doctor, and also seen a Orthopedic Doctor. They have done MRI's and XRay's and have had no success in finding the root of the problem. My last doctor basically told me he could send me somewhere for pain management. I am only 34 and don't feel I should be experiencing these problems. I do have bad posture which could make it worse and because of the pain have rarely worked out the past six to eight months. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have been experiencing the same symptoms for several weeks now and the pain in my upper spine feels like it is right in the bone along with chest and throat tightness. Have you gotten any answers or relief yet? Also, just curious, have you had anything traumatic or any changes in your life recently? I am going to an Orthopedic doctor this week too. Hope you are feeling better...

On 9-14-10 I had gallbladder surgery. about 3 days ago I started having pain in my mid upper back.
This was also a complaint when I had gall stones. So, now I am confused. Is this an infection, pulled
muscle, a missed gall stone or ?? Anyone have any suggestions??
